- What does ‘free during Beta’ actually mean?
- It means you get full access right now, at no cost, for as long as we’re in Beta. No credit card, no time limit. When we launch, Beta users get early-access pricing — lower than public rates — locked in as long as your account stays active.
- Will my price change when you leave Beta?
- Beta users keep their early-access pricing after launch. We’ll notify you at least 30 days before any pricing change takes effect. You’ll never be surprised by a sudden price hike.
- Do you offer annual billing discounts?
- Yes — annual billing saves 20%. So the Pro plan at $99/month becomes $79/month billed annually, saving over $240 per year. We’ll offer annual billing at launch.
- Which plan is right for a marketing agency?
- Most agencies managing multiple clients need the Pro plan or higher — it includes unlimited workspaces, unlimited connected channels, and 10 team members. Larger agencies with 10+ team members should look at Enterprise for SSO and custom support SLAs.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes. Upgrade at any time and the new features are available immediately. Downgrade or cancel at the end of your billing cycle. No cancellation fees, no contracts.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- You own your data. After cancelling, you have 30 days to export everything. After that, data is deleted from our servers in line with GDPR and applicable privacy regulations.
